TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRESENTATION: The resort has the right to refuse customers whose attire is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy and incorrect behaviour, customers whose behaviour is contrary to public morals.

ARRIVAL: Check-in time is between 2.00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you encounter difficulties to reach us (traffic or other), please inform us. Any claim on the quality of services must be presented to the lodge immediately. Any rental started is due, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

DEPARTURE: On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. At the time of check-out, the customer must return the key of his room to the reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the lodge. The customer must return it if it is a mistake, otherwise, the object will be charged.

PAYMENT: The housing benefit is payable at the time of check-in or guaranteed by credit card. For long-term rentals, notes must be paid weekly in advance. The room rate applies per room and number of guests as stated on the booking confirmation, per night. We accept cash, Visa and Master Card payments (3.5% surcharge). We will ask anyone staying in our establishment to present us their passport (Cambodian Guests their valid Cambodian ID Card) and a valid visa if required by the Cambodian immigration authority. In case you cannot submit this document, we will be forced to not access your request for room rental. Children under 11 years are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.

• IN CASE YOUR STAY MUST BE INTERRUPTED: There will be no refund. Similarly, in case of an early departure, the stay is due in full according to the conditions of the reservation. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be refunded.
• IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE ARRIVAL:
  – If you cancel or change your booking more than 3 days prior to your arrival date, we do not charge a fee.
  – If you cancel or change your booking within 3 days of your arrival date, we will charge a fee equivalent to the price of the first night.
  – In case of absence and no-show the day of your reservation, the total amount of your reservation will be charged.

ACCESS TO THE ROOMS:  Villas are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Attention, in case of departure beyond that time limit, an extra night will be charged. If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, the room must be paid before 10:30 AM, subject to availability. In addition, your room is planned for a certain number of people and therefore is to respect.

SECURITY: The surveillance of the place is assured for your safety and your comfort, and we use Closed Circuit Television. However, the management cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of objects within the establishment. Please do not leave valuables in your room. Personal, lockable safety boxes are available for free at the reception.

VISITS: Any visit or presence of guests within the residential area must be registered at the reception. The management reserves the right to deny them access to the resort. We do not accept any unregistered guests in the guest room from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

FORBIDDEN:  We remind you that it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, each room has a terrace provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to cook and iron clothes, to use gas appliances in the rooms: stove, electric wok or other household and cooking appliances, iron, etc… It is also forbidden to bring food and beverages purchased outside the lodge. All objects and prohibited products (weapons and drugs) by the laws and regulations in force are of course prohibited inside the property. If necessary, the hosts may report any offenders to the competent authorities. Gambling, prostitution and consumption of illegal substances are strictly forbidden in the resort.

ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed

RECEPTION is open from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so we ask you to give the room keys at the receptionist every time you leave the lodge. The reception declines any responsibility for your luggage or objects deposited in public places. If you need to check out before 07:00 AM,  please inform the evening before.

BREAKFAST is served every day from 7:30 AM until 10:00 AM in the lodge restaurant. Please inform the reception if wish an earlier breakfast the evening before.

RESTAURANT: The Lodge‘s restaurant is open every day from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

NUISANCE: To respect the tranquillity of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any noise of neighbourhood related to the behaviour of a person may cause the lodge to invite the customer to leave the establishment without a refund since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquillity of the clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Children are under the sole responsibility of the parents or legal tutors. 

PARKING: The lodge has some parking spaces. Only the one outside is not monitored. Even if the city of Kampot is rather safe, remember to lock your vehicle and not leave your belongings inside.
